Our History and Tradition
Kasahara Flour Milling is the only flour milling company in Tochigi Prefecture and has been refining its craft since 1919. Tochigi is a region with a long and rich history of wheat cultivation in Japan. As a local company, we value and honor this heritage deeply and see it as our mission to preserve and further develop the irreplaceable culture of wheat.
